Bill Cafiero brings over 30 years of experience as a consultant and employee with multiple Fortune 500 companies. He is an active member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and has presented at the National Community of Human and Organizational Learning conference. Bill has conducted training on human performance topics both domestically and internationally. With a robust Engineering and Industrial/Organizational Psychology background, Bill is a coach, investigator, and corporate trainer. His vast array of workshops includes human performance improvement (HPI) training for managers and a wide range of related topics, such as improving communication, managing remote teams effectively, situational awareness, and fostering psychological safety. Each workshop is tailored to the specific needs of the organization at hand. Bill engages with clients three to four weeks before each session to ensure the training is customized to meet organizational goals.

 In addition to his training expertise, Bill has conducted in-depth investigations into hundreds of human-related safety and manufacturing incidents. He provides valuable support to organizations in investigating complex events, offering an objective, unbiased perspective from an external point of view.

 Bill’s undergraduate degree is in Chemical engineering from the Cooper Union, where he currently lectures on HPI topics. He is currently enrolled in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Harvard University and is expected to graduate in May 2025.
